They were excited to know the snacks were there for them and that they could come grab something whenever they needed a quick pick-me-up.\r\nMy next steps are to start a new project so I can add more materials for a note-taking strategy I'm trying out this year. I decided to use interactive notebooks in hopes that students will be more hands-on with their learning and always have access to past units right at their fingertips. We had about 250 students participate throughout the day... and everyone had a great time. The thankfulness table was the biggest hit. I delivered about 150 thank you cards to our teachers and other staff, and the seniors absolutely loved being able to write special notes. \r\n\r\nThis day was such a success because of you! We had so much positive feedback from students, and the staff all loved getting to celebrate with them. From the balloons to the thank you cards- every single item made a huge impact.
