Students listen to a story on the Toniebox while following along in the book, helping them make connections between spoken and written words. This supports early literacy skills like print awareness, vocabulary development, and comprehension—all in a way that feels like play.\r\n\r\nSeveral of my students who were once hesitant to engage with books are now eager to pick out a figurine, find its story, and \"read\" along. The moment the box arrived, my students' faces lit up with excitement and curiosity. They couldn't wait to explore the characters and listen to their favorite stories and songs.\r\n\r\nThese new materials have given my students a way to enjoy storytelling independently — something that wasn't possible before. The Toniebox's simple, hands-on design allows each child to choose a character, place it on the box, and listen without needing adult help. It's been incredible to watch them build focus, develop listening comprehension, and practice turn-taking with their classmates.\r\n\r\nWe've started using the Toniebox as part of our daily literacy routine, and it's quickly become one of our most loved activities. My students are already asking for new stories and songs to explore! This color printer has allowed for us to create these vibrant beneficial materials to keep fostering their learning.
