Also, fundraising is difficult due to families not being able to contribute. This makes the cost of Music Program materials and supplies lay solely on the music teacher or principal. \r\nBecause of your generous contributions, we were able to provide each student with props and decorations to excite them about their performances. Students are taking extra pride in their work, more students have attended the programs, and we are noticing more involvement in the classroom as students are excited to use the new, and clean, materials and instruments!\r\nOur first grade level to benefit from this project was our 3rd grade program back in February. The tinsel garland and new drums were greeted with wide eyes and anxious hands. Students were very careful not to make one wrong move for fear of messing them up! Our special needs students also enjoyed having a tangible instrument meant just for them to play and showcase their hard work. And, of course, the teachers enjoyed the cleaning supplies to keep all our students healthy and instruments clean.\r\nThank you again for your generosity!
