I am excited to share the meaningful impact your donations have already made with our students.\r\n\r\nThe yoga mats have been incredibly helpful in reducing stress and encouraging mindful movement. Students now have a safe and comfortable space to practice breathing, stretching, and grounding exercises, which have helped many of them calm their bodies and regulate their emotions during group and individual sessions.\r\n\r\nOne of the biggest highlights has been the Totem card gameāit was a huge hit! This activity helped group members build self-esteem and strengthen connections with one another by learning what their peers appreciate and notice about them. Watching students light up as they received positive feedback from classmates has been truly powerful.\r\n\r\nStudents have also been enjoying the journals, which have provided a meaningful outlet for written expression. Many students who struggle to verbalize their feelings have found journaling to be a safe and empowering way to process emotions and reflect on their experiences.\r\n\r\nEvery single donation has made an impact in its own way. Together, these resources have helped create a supportive environment where students feel encouraged, connected, and equipped with tools they can carry beyond the classroom.\r\nThank you for believing in our students and for investing in their emotional well-being.
