Each time we learn a new math concept, my students add an additional page of notes to their math folder. These notes incorporate diagrams, key vocabulary and important steps to remember when solving problems. We use the highlighters and pencils to help create these notes. We also use the dry erase markers to show our work on our desks.\r\n\r\nAll of these supplies have been instrumental in providing a classroom environment that encourages learning. They now have a place that allows them to put the finishing touches on their hard work.\r\n\r\nThere is no frustration and tears shed over the fact that they have nowhere to print their final assignment/project with ease and clarity. Many have started to put more depth and pride in their work, knowing that their final product will be printed with ease and color enhancements.
