Their interests were varied but they all loved the graphic novel format!\r\n\r\nIn reading class we then studied the graphic novel format and how the students could write pages in a graphic novel. As they started to become more interested in certain topics, they started gravitating to graphic novels that covered that topic they liked!\r\n\r\nNow that we know our interest and have a broad range of graphic novels on my classroom shelf, the students are very excited to go to my shelf and pick up a new graphic novel to read.
