The project funding brought on a new level of excitement, creativity and growth to students across our district's music therapy program. \r\n \r\nFrom the moment the students were able to experience the new and improved resources, their enthusiasm has been visible and contagious. For many of our students, language development and communication are central goals. The new instruments and visual supports have become powerful tools for promoting expressive language growth and meaningful social interaction.\r\n\r\nThe materials purchased such as laminating film, card stock, Velcro, and ink have also made a tremendous difference. These resources opened the door to communication by allowing us to create language boards and visual supports that give students a voice and the chance to be heard. Your donation has already created countless opportunities for students with special needs to express themselves.
