My students were so excited to open the supplies and find the best space for them. They also helped organize a schedule for when they are used and how to clean up. \r\n\r\nWe have a Yoto and books in the calm corner for students to use when they are working on self-regulation. They love this as one of their calm down strategies. \r\n\r\nWe also have several yotos throughout the room at Listen to Reading stations where they can use them during literacy stations. It's the most popular station. Another way the Yotos are being used is during independent, and partner reading.
