Their enthusiasm filled the room, and many immediately began asking questions about how to use the new library space.\r\n\r\nThe addition of new bookshelves has significantly improved the organization and accessibility of our classroom library. With clearly arranged and easy-to-reach materials, students are now able to quickly find books that match their interests and reading levels. This improved access has empowered them to practice reading with greater independence and confidence.\r\n\r\nStudents have expressed excitement about being able to explore the library on their own, and many are choosing to read more frequently as a result. The enhanced classroom environment has supported a stronger culture of literacy, increased student engagement, and encouraged a sense of ownership in their learning.\r\n\r\nWith our library now more accessible and inviting, students are diving deeper into their independent reading practices. Our next steps include strengthening their ability to select \"just-right\" books and building stamina during reading workshop. Students will also begin small-group book discussions, where they'll practice comprehension skills, share their thinking, and make connections across texts. The improved organization has set the foundation for richer reading experiences, and the students are eager to continue growing as confident, enthusiastic readers","fullyFundedDate":1753023299919,"projectUrl":"project/classroom-library-shelves/9428297/","projectTitle":"Classroom Library Shelves","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Blaylock","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7090979_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1750454175848","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7090979"},{"teacherId":9021969,"projectId":8230477,"letterContent":"I've seen firsthand how adding new materials to the classroom can completely transform the way students learn and interact. When I introduced simple tools like math manipulatives, art supplies, or even a new set of books, I noticed a shift—not just in how students understood the content, but in their excitement to learn. One student who struggled with reading suddenly lit up when I brought in graphic novels that matched their interests. Another finally grasped a tough math concept after using hands-on tools to explore it in a new way. These moments reminded me that the more resources I can provide, the more chances my students have to connect with learning in a way that feels real and personal to them. It's not just about having more things—it's about giving every student a better chance to thrive.","fullyFundedDate":1709753022404,"projectUrl":"project/tpt-affective-additional-materials/8230477/","projectTitle":"TPT Affective Additional Materials","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Herrin","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9021969_orig.jpg?crop=3024,3024,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1752608763019","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9021969"},{"teacherId":9024450,"projectId":8624934,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous contribution to our classroom snack project! Your support has made a real and immediate impact on my students. Each day, your donation ensures that my students have access to nourishing snacks that help them stay focused, energized, and ready to learn. For many of them, this simple gesture of kindness means a lot more than just food—it means someone cares about their well-being and success.\r\n\r\nOne moment that stands out was when I surprised the class with our first round of snacks. The excitement and joy on their faces were unforgettable! A few students even said, \"We feel special today!\" Knowing they could count on having something to eat during our long learning blocks has helped them stay engaged, especially during small-group reading and our new math project. We're currently working on a \"Snack Math\" lesson, where students use snack items to explore fractions and graphing. It's fun, interactive, and only possible because of your generosity.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward, I plan to incorporate snacks as part of our weekly \"Brain Boost\" breaks—short moments where students recharge and prepare for new challenges. These breaks have already helped with focus and mood, and I'm seeing more participation and fewer distractions. Thanks to you, we've created a more supportive and nurturing learning environment, and I couldn't be more grateful. Your kindness has truly fed both hearts and minds.","fullyFundedDate":1733460065774,"projectUrl":"project/brain-food/8624934/","projectTitle":"Brain Food","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Bledsoe","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9024450_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1759118141390","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9024450"},{"teacherId":9895992,"projectId":9075025,"letterContent":"I received a lot of wonder products from the help of the donors.
