We read them in class, small group centers, as well as taking them home in their book buddy's bag. This makes a big impact in an equity focus school. This will definitely improve vocabulary, reading fluency, and comprehension. They have thoroughly enjoyed exploring the new material added to our classroom library.\r\n Many students, regardless of their reading ability, love to explore books based on pictures as well as the words on the page. Each book you donated contained enough excitement for each student to enjoy. Reading is the foundation of all content areas. Once the joy of reading is \"caught\", the love spreads. Some of my more reluctant readers have found books that have tweaked their interest. This enables me to build on that interest. \r\nIn my eyes, a classroom can never have too many books.
