When the boxes arrived, the students were bursting with excitement! We were able to restock our treasure box, and they were thrilled to discover all the new prizes they can now earn.\r\n\r\nWe've also been using our individual clocks for math almost every day. The students are now confidently using them on their own, which has made a big difference in their understanding and engagement during lessons.\r\n\r\nIn addition, we received a box of stress balls and fidgets. The Calmer Classroom project has been a massive success and you are the reason it got to happen. With the addition of softer lighting, removal of florescent lights, and the added benefit of comfort items, my kids have begun to settle in and settle down. \r\nIt may sound silly that these little changes could have such an amazing impact but the proof is in the pudding and the classroom engagement. The complaint of headaches has dropped to almost zero and the willingness to stand up and read in front of a classroom that seems more inviting has skyrocketed.
