We read the picture books together and did activities related to each book. I've been using it with my 2nd - 5th grade students. They get to be creative and learn coding at the same time. These fun devices have capability to track movement (counting steps for example), play music students create, show animal adaptations such as feeling the ground (Micro:bit) shake, responding to the light, and communicating from one Micro:bit to another. It's been so much fun for them and also encourages them to improve their coding skills! We are going to the NC Technology Conference with a group of students and showing off what they created in STEM class!
