The building blocks and snap cubes have been wonderful additions to our hands-on learning activities. Students use them to practice counting, creating patterns, building structures, and solving problems together. The art supplies, including paintbrushes, colorful tissue paper, and googly eyes, allow students to express their creativity while strengthening their fine motor skills. The activity trays also help keep our materials organized and make hands-on projects easier for our young learners.\r\n\r\nThe new wobble chairs and comfortable floor seats have been especially helpful in creating a flexible and welcoming learning environment. They give students different seating options to help them stay comfortable and engaged during learning activities. The sensory toys provide additional tools for students who need a moment to calm their bodies and refocus. Our new outdoor equipment, including balancing stilts and toss-and-catch games, encourages students to develop balance, coordination, teamwork, and confidence through active play.\r\n\r\nAs we continue through the school year, I look forward to incorporating these resources into more STEM challenges, math activities, creative art projects, and cooperative learning experiences. I work with students with diverse learning needs and they often need more visual support, additional resources to learn and need motivation to come to school and stay engaged. Funding my project has allowed me to make visuals such as redirection cards to minimize adult verbal prompting in the General Education classroom. Students respond well to support like this to minimize verbal directions and is a quick and efficient way to redirect students without interrupting instruction. It is also used as a way to give positive reinforcement when students are behaving appropriately by showing the picture and giving a \"thumbs-up\" to give gestural feedback. \r\n\r\nOther resources such as laminated classroom signs, flashcards and words that we use for our word wall have been instrumental for students. Because I work with 4th and 5th grade resource and inclusion students, the lamination has helped create materials for four classrooms (one fourth grade general education class, two fifth grade general education classes and my pull out special education resource room). Students respond well to having visuals to aid in their learning.\r\n\r\nThe wiggle seat cushion has helped my active students have some movement that encourages them to remain seated on their chair, having the movement they need while staying attentive to the lesson. The snacks have been a huge addition to the classroom store which is a big motivator for students to come to school and do their work. \r\n\r\nYour donation has helped me provide and create engaging and rigorous materials that help students be successful and proud of their accomplishments.
