Typically students at the end of the year show a little bit more behavior problems as they are preparing not to have the structure of school during the summer. So to prevent some of these problems, I set up a weekly reward system for students who were on task, completing and turning in all their work, and showing safe, respectful and responsible behavior.\r\n\r\nI used the games and small toys from this project to help reward students with a good work ethic and kindness. They were so creative and what they came up was amazing, from a beautiful sunset to bunnies hopping in a field.\r\n\r\nThese resources have also been used this year because my kindergarten and first grade students got to use them as well. The students and parents have been asking for more books at home so they can improve.\r\n The goal of this project is to foster a love for reading and support family literacy.
