In the mud kitchen, the addition of new supplies encouraged imaginative play and collaboration as students mixed \"recipes\" and experimented with natural textures. Fairy garden materials brought an extra layer of enchantment, with students eagerly designing tiny landscapes while discussing the ecosystems that support plant growth and wildlife. The watercolor paints opened opportunities for artistic expression as students painted scenes from nature walks, blending creativity with their observations of the environment. Their joy and curiosity were palpable as they explored these new materials, quickly envisioning all the possibilities for play, learning, and discovery.\r\n\r\nThe next steps for our students include incorporating these materials into hands-on STEM challenges and outdoor lessons.
