They each start with about a 10-minute turn, and it has quickly become one of the most anticipated parts of their day. Even better, the bikes continue to be in use throughout the day as students take turns riding during independent work time or as a movement break. They absolutely love it, and it's giving them multiple opportunities to stay focused, regulate their energy, and stay engaged in learning.\r\n\r\nThe results have been incredible! Students are showing improved focus, calmer bodies, and a renewed enthusiasm for school. I've also observed a noticeable decrease in behavioral issues during the afternoon, which I believe is directly connected to the movement the bikes are providing.\r\n\r\nWhat's even more inspiring is how the students are treating the bikes. They recognize them as a valuable resource and are taking wonderful care of them.
