Each student now has a composition notebook that we use as a personal math journal. These notebooks hold worked examples, problem-solving steps, vocabulary, and other notes. I've noticed students referring back to earlier pages on their own and using their notes to guide their thinking. This is something that didn't happen as often as before.\r\n\r\nThe first time I used the PAKOTOO document camera in math, students were instantly hooked. Seeing math problems modeled for the students and being able to project a student's work for the whole class to see made learning feel exciting and supportive for the whole class. One of my favorite moments was a student proudly walking up to share their strategy under the camera while classmates asked questions and offered encouragement. The Tripp Lite docking station has helped lessons run more smoothly. It makes teaching easier to switch between digital and hands on learning. \r\n\r\nThe tape and different colors of Astrobright paper have added more fun and creativity to our math notebooks by being able to make foldables, etc. that makes it easier for students to spot when they are looking for something specific. Thanks to all of you, these resources are now an everyday part of our math routine. Your generosity has helped turn math into something my students feel more confident, capable, and excited about and that is a gift that will last far beyond this school year. Many students were amazed that everything they might need—hand sanitizer, lotion, deodorant, and wipes—was right there for them to use. A few even said, \"This is so cool!\" and \"Now I don't have to worry if I forget something at home.\" It was heartwarming to see how something so simple made such a big difference in how they felt about being at school.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to build on the hygiene station by incorporating lessons about personal wellness and health habits.
