As a first year teacher, being able to supply my students with in-class resources can be difficult. Without your support, I would not be able to provide my students with social-emotional learning tools, STEM learning tools, and digital learning tools. Our social-emotional learning tools get used frequently as my first grade class learns the skills they need to be able to self-regulate their emotions and express their \"big feelings\". We also use the set of headphones very frequently, as we have digital literacy and math programs that we use to supplement learning at school. \r\nMy students were thrilled to be receiving mail for our classroom, their favorite being the sets of Junie B. Jones and Magic Tree House. We read a chapter of The Magic Tree House series every day, and are currently onto the last few chapters of book 7, \"Sunset of The Sabertooth\". This is one of my students favorite times of day, and I would not be able to share these books with my students well after we've read them aloud if we didn't keep the books in the classroom.
