When students are asked to reflect on their meditation experience, some of their comments are: \"it is the best part of the week\", \"it's a time that I can just forget about my stress and decompress\", \"I look forward to this every week because it lets me just forget about everything that is going on\". Students often request to meditate throughout the other days of the week, and sometimes we are able to sneak in an extra session.
