Students were able to visualize and control the making of designs in three dimensions, which strengthened their reasoning and understanding of how components fit and work together. The software promoted active, hands-on learning as students designed, tested, and revised their models. This allowed for students to learn collaboratively rather than with direct instruction. I was able to provide quick feedback, which helped students identify mistakes and make adjustments quickly. This technology also reinforced learning through collaborative learning, which are skills students will need moving into the 21st century. In addition, students developed problem-solving and critical-thinking skills as they planned designs, made 3D models, and provided necessary revisions.
