They are happy, learning, and feel welcomed. Thank you for helping every students learn in an inclusive environment. The cushions make each chair feel like a wobbly stool which is great for micro movements. The feet cushions are great for students who love to tap their feet or shake their leg. The white boards are great for students to be able to work at their own pace while proving that they are learning the curriculum. Students have learned new sports for example Lacrosse and Hockey. What has been even more amazing has been incorporating History into PE!\r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the equipment they were so pumped up! Learning new sports that aren't in our area creates enthusiasm and suspense! The students loved Lacrosse and learning about our Countries Native American games. \r\n\r\nNow I am trying to find athletes to come do a demonstration for the students. These athletes could explain the game more in depth and show the actual equipment they use. I look forward to teaching these skills for years to come! We are able to use it daily for our word work and group projects. It is a quick teaching tool when stuff comes up in small group discussions because we can write about things right on the table. It is also so much fun for the students to write on their table...they giggle every time.\r\n\r\nWe use it daily in our reading groups. We do our word work and sentence building on it. It's so nice to only have to worry about pens and erasers now and not individual whiteboards they just write where they are sitting.
