We use the TI graphing calculators to analyze, display and graph our data and interpret our results. We have a TI 84 calculator in the classroom for each student to use but these may not be taken out of the room. These extra TI 84s allow students who cannot afford to purchase one the opportunity to sign them out to do their homework in their study hall. \r\n\r\nWe have also enjoyed using the magnetic graph board to graph functions with a partner to display to the class. Another benefit is that they are mobile, so the kids can use them in the weight room, gym, or hallway. Many of the coaches use these bands for warm-ups, workouts, and cool-downs, so I know they will be put to good use. The students will be excited that we purchased more of these when they come in.
