We are using the cones, bean bags, and basketballs during structured PE lessons and movement-based learning activities to practice foundational motor skills such as throwing, catching, dribbling, balance, and teamwork. One standout moment was during a stations activity where students rotated through cone drills and bean bag tosses—students were actively engaged, encouraging one another, and practicing skills with growing confidence.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the new equipment, their excitement was immediate. They were thrilled to have materials that were just the right size for them and eager to try everything out. Many students commented on how much easier it was to dribble, throw, and aim compared to the larger equipment we had been using before. The appropriately sized materials helped students feel successful right away, which has increased participation and joy during PE time.\r\n\r\nOur next steps include building on these skills through more cooperative games, obstacle courses using cones, and team activities that focus on coordination, communication, and sportsmanship. These materials will continue to support students' physical development, confidence, and love of movement throughout the year, and we are incredibly thankful for your generosity.","fullyFundedDate":1760737488030,"projectUrl":"project/keep-it-moving/9816152/","projectTitle":"Keep it Moving!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Scott","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp785056_orig.png?crop=398,398,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1644276604803","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/ms-susan-scott"},{"teacherId":7438498,"projectId":9666688,"letterContent":"My students are in love with their seat sacks.
