When the materials arrived, my students were beyond excited, not just about the prizes, but because they knew that people they've never even met cared enough to invest in them. We did a full unboxing together, and it turned into such a special moment. They were cheering, asking questions, and immediately talking about which prizes they would choose. We implemented the reward system the very next day.\r\nThe system is simple but powerful. Each student has a small card, and when they are following routines, staying on task, or going above and beyond, they earn a stamp. Once they collect 10 stamps, they are eligible to choose a prize on Friday. \"Prize Day\" has quickly become the highlight of our week. Watching their faces light up as they count their stamps and carefully select a reward is something I look forward to every Friday afternoon. Some students have even chosen prizes for siblings or family members, which has been incredibly heartwarming to see.\r\nWhat has surprised me most is how much this has shifted our classroom culture. Students come in ready to work and get started right away. I've seen behavior changes and growth in regulation that I honestly don't think I could have achieved through reminders alone. The excitement around earning stamps has translated into genuine effort and pride.\r\nAs we move forward, we're continuing to build on this momentum. This project didn't just provide prizes; it helped create a classroom that celebrates effort, progress, and growth.
