The students have brainstormed many different ways that they too can help with the threat of global warming. \r\nToday we continue the with the struggle of climate change. But now we have the added pressure of the current administration's denial of the phenomenon. I now see an even greater need of lessons about solutions to help heal our environment. I believe I need to dive deeper into creating a more current version of my lessons. They have already been proven to be an incredible asset for both the students and teachers, helping to facilitating communication gaps and making sure all students feel included and supported. \r\n\r\nThe devices help my multilingual students to understand what their teachers and peers are saying and be a part of the conversation. My students are using them across their classes so they are better able to follow lessons, ask questions and engage more deeply in content. These translating devices make it possible for my students to take an active role in their learning. \r\n\r\nAbove all, the devices help my students to feel less alone as they adapt to a new country, language, and school environment. With these devices, language is not a barrier to making connections with others. My students are building relationships, increasing their confidence, and building a stronger sense of belonging. \r\n\r\nThank you for your kindness and helping me to make a difference in my students lives.
