Staying hydrated is vital for their health and performance, especially in the intense Texas heat.\r\nWagon/Bike Rack: the wagon and bike rack have greatly assisted in transporting a water hydration station to various locations during practice and competition locations. \r\nCanopy: The Texas sun can be unforgiving, with temperatures often exceeding 100°F. A canopy provides much-needed shade, helping our players and runners cool down and protect themselves from harmful UV rays.\r\nWristband Distance Monitors: These monitors are a high-priority item for our team. They allow my runners to track their progress, set goals, and stay accountable. This data-driven approach is essential for their development and motivation.\r\nSince implementing these items, our team has seen remarkable improvements.
