All we had was a large empty corner prior to your generous donations. You will see from my photos, I was able to purchase a two rugs, wonderful seating, and pillows for my students. \r\n\r\nThe Peace Corner is an important place in my room for students who have severe disabilities. Many of my students have sensory issues, take medications that make them tired, need a place for them to calm down, regroup, cry, read, etc. This place is an open space. for them to use on their own when they need it.
