We use the whiteboards daily. Students can quickly write down answers, practice vocabulary, and receive immediate feedback. One memorable classroom moment was during a vocabulary-building activity where students wrote sentences using new words. They held their whiteboards up for a \"gallery walk,\" where they could see each other's work, share ideas, and self-correct. It has been great to slowly watch one of my more reserved students gain confidence in her writing. The students were thrilled when they first saw the whiteboards. It was clear that the hands-on, interactive nature of the whiteboards made them feel more involved in the learning. Looking ahead, we're planning to use the whiteboards to brainstorm and outline narrative writing, allowing students to visualize their ideas, collaborate, and revise their work. These whiteboards are already fostering more engagement and collaboration in our classroom, and I am so grateful for your support in making that possible. Thank you for giving my students the tools they need to grow and succeed!","fullyFundedDate":1752832295609,"projectUrl":"project/write-on-empowering-ells-with-paddle-po/9190140/","projectTitle":"Write On! My students and I are so grateful for your kindness and support. Since the carpet arrived, it has transformed our learning environment. The students love gathering on the carpet during our reading and partner talk activities. It has become helped create a collaborative atmosphere in the classroom. During our recent weather unit, they loved sitting on the carpet while discussing how to best prepare for different types of storms.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the new carpet, their faces lit up with excitement. They were thrilled to have a comfortable place to sit for partner work, which greatly impacted their engagement and enthusiasm in collaborative time. Looking ahead, we are diving into a unit on Ecology, where we will be exploring ecosystems, the relationships between living organisms, and how we can protect our environment. The carpet will be a central place for group discussions and hands-on activities, helping to bring our lessons to life in a way that is engaging and interactive for my students. Your donation has made this experience so much more enriching for them, and we can't thank you enough for making it possible.","fullyFundedDate":1739375265467,"projectUrl":"project/lonely-floor-needs-a-carpet-friend/8885656/","projectTitle":"Lonely Floor Needs a Carpet Friend!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Jensen","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9806439_orig.jpg?crop=591,591,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1729108433204","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9806439"},{"teacherId":4236373,"projectId":8630673,"letterContent":"I am so grateful for your generosity!
