Many of them couldn't believe that these supplies were just for our class. The moment I set the boxes on the table, hands shot up asking, \"Can we use them today?\" We got to work right away, using the pencils for a writing activity and the markers on our whiteboards to practice math problems together.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments was during a group problem-solving game—students were trading markers back and forth, working out answers, and cheering each other on. The new supplies kept the energy high and the focus on learning, without anyone having to worry about finding a working pencil or marker.\r\n\r\nThanks to your generosity, my students are set up for success. Our next step is to use the markers for a collaborative whiteboard project where teams will create and solve their own word problems.
