I think they will be really inspired by the various inspirational and educational bulletin boards that I will display through out the year! \r\n\r\nI have also posted the deep breathing and belly breathing posters in my office to help remind students about the importance of breathing and other coping skills when they are upset.\r\n\r\nMy students also like The Calm Ball, which is like the 1980's classic toy The Magic 8 Ball, but provides coping skill ideas with each shake.
