We have been using them to fill out a bi-weekly calendar that helps them know when homework is due. They also use them as warm-ups to get class started. We keep this going until the end of the year to ensure students know what homework they have to do and to have it everyday at the beginning of class. My students really loved the idea of this, and was very happy that they got to have a resource that kept them organized. \r\n\r\nMy next steps are to continue keeping my students organized by providing them a bi-weekly calendar in order for them to finish their homework when it is due. This real life example allowed students to have a hands on learning experience, which helped the concept become easier to understand. My students were very excited to learn that they would be getting to eat M&Ms while completing a hands on lab.
