Your generosity has already made such a meaningful difference in our first-grade classroom. My students were absolutely thrilled when they first saw the new SEL materials and prizes—eyes wide, smiling, and immediately curious about how they could use them. These tools have quickly become a natural part of our daily routines, especially during our calm-down moments and SEL lessons. The prizes have also helped reinforce positive behavior and support students who benefit from extra motivation and emotional-regulation strategies.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments so far was watching a student who struggles with emotional regulation independently choose a sensory tool and return to learning calmly after just a few minutes. Moments like these remind me how powerful the right resources can be. The class as a whole has also been showing more responsibility and empathy toward one another because they are excited to earn SEL-based incentives and to use the tools appropriately.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward, these materials will continue to support our ongoing SEL lessons, behavior goals, and student self-regulation practice. Your contribution has not only given my students access to tools they truly need but has also brought so much joy and confidence into our classroom. Thank you for believing in us and helping our students grow—socially, emotionally, and academically.","fullyFundedDate":1758221921307,"projectUrl":"project/help-our-class-with-sel-prizes-and-tools/9645391/","projectTitle":"Help Our Class With SEL Prizes and Tools!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Perez","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10012824_orig.jpg?crop=848,848,x171,y129&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1746402788865","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10012824"},{"teacherId":9866715,"projectId":8993659,"letterContent":"I hope this message finds you well.
