It has been a fun hands-on activity to engage my students. \r\n\r\nCold season has hit our school and having a supply of tissues for our classroom has really helped with runny noses and keeping students clean and comfortable. We are grateful to have the much needed resource. I have also set up a comfy reading/independent work station with the chair you helped fund. It allowed my students to do several end of the year projects and restocked out Kleenex tissue supply to get us through the end of allergy season. We were also able to utilize the replacement headphones during state testing so all students had a working pair!\r\nOne of my favorite end of the year math activities is Theodorus spiral art. My students used the Sharpies and markers to make really cool art pieces out of a spiral after we learned about the Pythagorean theorem. This year I got some of the most original art ideas I have seen in all the years I have done this project!\r\nI could not do all the activities in my classroom that make math come alive for my students without your support. My students were so excited to open the boxes of supplies and started cleaning with the antibacterial wipes right away. We use them every day to keep our whiteboard tables and work stations clean between classes. They also help keep our middle school classroom smelling nice!\r\n\r\nThe pencil holder is being used on our group project work station to organize pens, paperclips, and scissors. We were also able to organize all of our papers by class period with the baskets and make supply bins with the storage containers.
