With furniture that can be easily moved and arranged, we can quickly transition from classroom instruction to leadership activities, team-building exercises, drill practice, uniform inspections, physical fitness instruction, and group planning.\r\n\r\nThe additional open space also allows our cadets to practice military movements, work in flights, prepare for Color Guard and Drill Team activities, and conduct cadet-led briefings without being restricted by bulky classroom furniture. With these new resources, cadets are now able to properly care for their shoes and practice the skills needed to maintain a professional military appearance.\r\n\r\nAs soon as the kits arrived, the cadets were excited to open them and begin learning the correct shoe shining techniques. For many of them, this was their first time using a professional shoe shining kit. During our uniform preparation lesson, cadets worked together in small groups to practice applying polish, brushing, and buffing their shoes to achieve the high-gloss shine required for inspections.
