They wanted to sit at the high top stools and look at all of the Lego kits that had been purchased for them. Each student seemed to naturally choose a kit that was their favorite and they began building throughout the day!\r\nWe had students helping each other and collaborating on challenging pieces. We had students playing side by side peacefully talking as they worked (this never happens!). The Lego table is magic! \r\nThe next step is to create challenges for the students to build their own creations with the undesignated blocks. These challenges, for example, can be: create your favorite food, or a hot air balloon, or your favorite car! The possibilities are endless! Our new Lego table has added a new dimension of joy and creativity to our classroom.
