Thanks to your support, our students and families had a wonderful time celebrating Lunar New Year together.\r\nThe decorations beautifully complemented our school's overall festive atmosphere, creating a warm and joyful environment. The paper dragon craft was especially popular. Students were excited and eager to create their own, and it quickly became a highlight of the celebration. Continuing our school tradition, we distributed red envelopes containing a small Chinese knot and a piece of lucky candy or chocolate. Students were delighted to receive them, as they understand these envelopes symbolize good luck and prosperity for the new year.\r\nIntroducing Mahjong this year was a great success. Many students and parents were eager to learn how to play, and we even had to organize rotations so that more participants could join in. Volunteers who helped teach the game shared that students were fascinated, especially when they learned about the cultural significance and value of Mahjong sets. Their curiosity and enthusiasm were truly inspiring.\r\nCurrently, our Chinese teachers are preparing students for the Chinese Bridge competition, which includes both language and cultural components. The materials you provided have greatly enriched students' understanding of Chinese culture and helped them make meaningful connections to their own lives.\r\nLooking ahead, I plan to incorporate the Mahjong sets into our after-school programs or clubs. I am confident that many students will be excited to continue learning and engaging with this cultural activity.\r\nThank you again for your generosity and support.
