These tools are helping students not only manage stress but also build self-awareness and emotional regulation.\r\n\r\nOur next step is integrating short mindfulness flows into our transitions during the school day. Students will soon be leading mini practices for the class, using what they've learned to support themselves and their peers. This project has planted a seed for long-term wellness, and we're watching it grow every week.\r\n\r\nThank you for being part of our journey.
