We opened them up and put them in their new homes in the classroom. We went over the rules for using these items to help them last and enjoy them safely. \r\n\r\nMy students have utilized the headphones when another student is being disruptive or when there is a fire drill. The balancing stones have been a fun wiggle break as well as a calming tool for not just my students, but other students have visited my room to use them as well. The bean bag with the weighted Panda have been a nice addition to the library when students either need a calming space or a comfy place to read. We utilize class dojo and my students earn points based on desire positive behaviors or their IEP goals. On Fridays, for every 10 points they earn they get a prize as well as a bonus prize if they complete their reading homework. They are excited and motivated to earn points for these cool prizes! The wobble seat has been a huge hit! The class has done very well taking turns and utilizing the seat to get some wiggles out.\r\n\r\nWe truly appreciate you taking the time to look at our project and donate!
