Our classroom is humming and running now that we have the necessary supplies.\r\n\r\nThe headphones are a hit, as I have about 1/3 of the class whose parents were unable to supply headphones for their children. I also have a random few whose headphones break or run out of battery (Bluetooth) and then need to borrow a pair too.\r\n\r\nThe staples, stapler, tape, and other supplies allow our room to look like a place of learning. We can tack up pictures, work, and posters that we create together. We are very excited to be getting storage bins to put our belongings in out in the hallway and to have storage tubs to hold our reading materials and supplies in. We will use the maps for our reading lessons and they will support us in other classes as well. The book bag will store our books. The treats will be good for our cultural celebrations and for special surprises. The nametags will be put on our desks all year long. And, the mouse will be used with our classroom computer.
