The pencils, whiteboard markers, erasers, headphones, and other materials have been used daily in everything from math lessons to writing workshops. One especially memorable moment was during a group math review game—students used the whiteboard markers to solve problems on mini boards, eagerly explaining their thinking and collaborating with teammates. It was amazing to see how having the right tools made learning smoother and more enjoyable for everyone.\r\n\r\nWhen the supplies arrived, students were beyond excited. They kept saying things like, \"We each get our own?\" and \"These are brand new!\" For many of them, just having access to their own headphones or fresh supplies gave them a boost of confidence and a sense of ownership over their learning. As we move forward, these essentials will continue to support students in their upcoming narrative writing unit and during small-group centers where they rotate through reading, writing, and tech-based activities.
