With the pencil parking lot, students are more aware of the pencils that fall on the floor. Even the custodial staff is now picking up all the pencils on the floor and putting them on the pencil parking lot. I hear less \" I need a pencil \" because students know they can easily get one without asking. The pencil dispenser is also a great way to keep the pencils accessible for the students. Pencils are already readily available for my students. The big sticky notepad has been used in my classroom for collaborative group activities that can later be easily displayed in the classroom.
