Prior to using the cart, I would bring in our large visual poster and prop that on the board, put our choice board on the board and keep all other manipulatives in a separate small rolling shelf. It was a very cumbersome process that took at least a minute to set up. While I know that's not typically considered a long time, when we're on a pretty tight schedule and only have 10 minutes for the activity, every minute matters. Additionally, many of my students have difficulty remaining seated, and every minute that they had to sit and wait for me to set up without any kind of entertainment made it that much more challenging. \r\nThe cart has worked out so perfectly, because it has a ledge at the bottom that I can rest the poster board on, which helps keep it nice and secure, especially with the added support of the clamps. The built-in bottom shelf and interior hooks allow me to keep all of the visuals on me at all times, ensuring I always have them when I need them. It's so easy for me to wheel the cart in and start the activity right away now! It also allows me to position it away from the board, which has been helpful in some classrooms. An added bonus was that I started using it at the same time the classroom curriculum was covering the topic of \"wheels\", and many of our peer role models were able to have a discussion about the wheels on the cart. \r\nThank you so much again for your generous support!","fullyFundedDate":1737215926120,"projectUrl":"project/help-me-make-group-therapy-more-efficien/8973276/","projectTitle":"Help Me Make Group Therapy More Efficient and Meaningful!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Russo","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp6212221_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1693999909008","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/6212221"},{"teacherId":6212221,"projectId":8774344,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for the generous donations that allowed me to purchase various realistic animal puppets.
