The moment the Bridge the Gap Math Cards and 24 Game decks hit the table, students' faces lit up—they immediately asked, \"Can we play this during centers today?\" We now use these materials daily in small groups and during our Math Arcade time. One of my favorite moments so far was watching a group of students who normally struggle with multiplication excitedly coaching each other through a 24 Game challenge. They weren't just practicing math—they were collaborating, encouraging each other, and having real fun with numbers.\r\n\r\nThe digital wall clock has already changed the tone of our transitions. Students now keep track of their center rotations without prompts, and several have proudly said, \"I switched on time today!\" The math-themed stickers have become tiny badges of honor; even my reluctant learners beam when they earn one for persistence. The Breathing Buddha has quickly become our reset station—students use it for a minute or two when they feel overwhelmed, and it helps them rejoin learning calmly and confidently. The microwave and granola bars have also made a meaningful impact, especially for students who come in hungry. Being able to meet that need immediately helps them start the day focused and ready.\r\n\r\nAs we continue our unit on multiplication and division strategies, these tools are helping students build the fluency and confidence they need to tackle multi-step problems. Our next steps involve applying these skills to real-world scenarios through math projects and small-group challenges. Because of your support, students are entering these lessons with excitement instead of hesitation—and that shift is already making a lasting difference.","fullyFundedDate":1757529000223,"projectUrl":"project/bridging-the-gap-in-4th-grade-math/9547162/","projectTitle":"Bridging the Gap in 4th Grade Math","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Bates","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7276362_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1753108184810","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7276362"},{"teacherId":9488851,"projectId":9422458,"letterContent":"Thank you for funding many art supplies for my pre-k students. Over the past 6 weeks, these interactive activities have transformed the way our learners engage with core academic skills, collaborate with peers, and build confidence in problem-solving.\r\nBy integrating puzzles into small group sessions, we have seen a remarkable increase in student engagement and motivation. The hands-on, game-like nature of puzzles encourages students to approach challenges with curiosity and persistence. In math groups, logic puzzles and number games have deepened students' conceptual understanding—helping them see patterns, test strategies, and apply reasoning in real-world contexts. In reading groups, word searches, riddles, and comprehension puzzles have strengthened vocabulary, critical thinking, and inference skills in an enjoyable and meaningful way.","fullyFundedDate":1755725156237,"projectUrl":"project/puzzles-for-problem-solving-fun/9622149/","projectTitle":"Puzzles for Problem Solving Fun","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Cuellar","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9487852_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1709817864591","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9487852"},{"teacherId":9486431,"projectId":9626556,"letterContent":"We are so grateful for your donations to our class to help us get some storage bins!
