The sensory table was a huge hit and we have been using it during science time the most. Our dry-erase board is where I'm able to model how to write letters correctly. It's great to be able to move it around the classroom for both small and whole group learning. Our copy of \"The Rainbow Fish\" has been great for learning concepts of print as well. Overall, these supplies have fit right into the learning environment and have given my students more opportunities to learn through play. They were so overjoyed to have received enough magna-tiles to play with as a whole class. They are learning to cooperate with each other and share while exploring the different shapes and letter tiles.\r\nThey are now able to use the geometric building set as a STEM bin during their morning work and have made some super creative designs - one student showed me how she built and ice cream cone with them! They take pride in caring for their supplies, often reminding each other to pull on the sticks instead of breaking them off by accident. \r\nI have loved the sense of routine that the cube shelf has given us. My students now have a place to go to cozy up with a good book. This corner of the classroom has quickly become a favorite. It feels safe and cozy and I know students enjoy looking through our classroom library. \r\nThey have been so motivated by the behavior buddies and get excited to come in the mornings and see who earned a stuffed animal for the day. This gives them positive praise and builds a connection to home when they get to take the letter to their families.
