They eagerly explored the new supplies, from writing journals to math manipulatives, and immediately wanted to try them out. One student proudly said, \"This makes math fun!\" as they used the manipulatives to solve problems. The reading tools, especially, have helped students stay more engaged during small group lessons, giving them the chance to practice skills in meaningful and hands-on ways.\r\n\r\nWe've already started using the resources daily. During reading groups, students are using the new books to build decoding and fluency skills, while the writing journals are encouraging them to put their ideas into words with more confidence. In math, the manipulatives have made abstract concepts easier to understand. Watching my students light up when they realize, \"I get it!\" has been such a rewarding moment for me as their teacher.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to keep weaving these resources into our lessons so students can continue strengthening their foundational skills in reading, math, and writing. Your generosity has made it possible to start the year with the right tools, and it has already created moments of joy, focus, and success in our classroom.
