The new resources have allowed me to implement more interactive lessons and hands-on activities that have deeply engaged my students. For instance, we recently completed a science project where students used the materials to build models of the solar system. The hands-on experience brought the lesson to life, and students were excited to see their creations come together.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, my students were thrilled! They eagerly jumped in to explore the new tools and resources, and their faces lit up as they saw the possibilities for their learning. It was an inspiring moment to witness their excitement and enthusiasm.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we are diving into a collaborative project that will encourage critical thinking and teamwork. The resources you've provided will help them research, design, and present their findings on environmental sustainability, taking their learning to new heights. The pop-its, textured strips, the Play-Doh, and the Emotions plush balls are having a greater impact than I thought they would. \r\n\r\nI teach first through fifth grade. My initial plan was for these items to be used with the older students with fidgeting, excessive energy, and/or anxiety to help calm them and focus more during instruction. I have seen a difference in my 3-5 classes, but I tried some of the things with my younger students. I have one first grader the constantly picks at his nails. I gave him a pop-it, and he used that instead. They have used the Play-Doh to practice the phonics skills and spelling. \r\n\r\nI truly appreciate your assistance with helping us.
