They help our students know exactly where to go and how to move safely around the classroom. It's amazing to see how quickly they have learned to follow directions and take pride in keeping our space organized. These simple tools have brought calm and structure to our mornings, transitions, and group times.\r\nAlthough the stretchy band we had originally requested was no longer available, we were thrilled to receive art supplies instead. These materials have allowed our students to explore their creativity and express themselves in new ways. Whether they're painting, drawing, or creating colorful projects to decorate our classroom, their smiles say it all!\r\nYour support has made such a difference in helping our youngest learners feel confident, connected, and ready to learn. My students were incredibly excited at the sight of our huge, comfy bean bags and the wobble stools. We share these materials with all students in the class on a rotating basis. \r\n\r\nThe students mostly use the bean bags during independent reading--a seating choice that each kid looks forward to! Students also use the bean bags to take a break in a corner when they are stressed or upset. In addition, a few students who struggle to stay still use the bean bags to sit right in front of the whiteboard during lessons. The bean bags already get a LOT of use! \r\n\r\nThe wobble stools are also very popular. Students take turns using them throughout each day as the week goes on. My most active students really benefit from time on the wobble stools--they can focus on learning while also moving! These wobble stools are also very sturdy, and seem like they will last for years.
