As a new teacher your gift of basic math supplies has had an immediate and meaningful impact on my 10th grade students.\r\n\r\nThe Geo Stix have become a class favorite. During a recent lesson on triangle congruence, students used them to physically build and test different triangle combinations—it sparked so much discussion and hands-on learning that even my most hesitant learners were fully engaged. One student remarked, \"This actually helps me see what the math is doing!\" The whiteboard has also become central to our group work and quick reviews; students love using them to demonstrate their thinking and explain it to their peers. The white boards make rough draft thinking more approachable. \r\n\r\nYour support has ensured that no student misses out due to a lack of basic materials. Every child now has access to the paper and pencils they need to participate fully in class. Your gift helped make this kind of learning possible. Thank you again for investing in the engineers, mathematicians, and critical thinkers of tomorrow.","fullyFundedDate":1738816953075,"projectUrl":"project/new-teacher-who-dis/8868899/","projectTitle":"New Teacher, Who Dis?","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Chylinski","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9799382"},{"teacherId":9799304,"projectId":8868707,"letterContent":"My classroom poster creating supplies have helped students express themselves. They enjoy sharing the space of a big poster to create something joyful. The podium had made instruction much easier. I love keeping my computer there while I project the screen to my smart board.
