Your support made a meaningful difference in how we were able to organize materials and better serve both students and their families. Because of these supplies, we were able to create a more structured and efficient system that supports student learning and communication.\r\nOne of the most important benefits was the ability to organize our intervention folders more effectively. Each student now has a dedicated folder that contains all of their relevant data in one place. This includes assessment information, progress-monitoring records, intervention plans, and notes. Having everything organized in a single folder has made it much easier for teachers and staff to track student progress, identify needs, and adjust instruction as necessary. It has also helped students feel more organized and responsible for their own learning materials.\r\nThe colored paper was especially helpful in making the folders easy to identify and visually engaging. By using different colors, we were able to separate materials by purpose or subject area, which reduced confusion and saved valuable instructional time. Students were able to quickly locate the information they needed, and teachers could easily access important documents during meetings or interventions. This simple but effective system has improved efficiency and consistency across our program.\r\nIn addition, we were able to use the paper to create and print monthly calendars for families. These calendars include important dates, reminders, and intervention-related information that families need to stay informed and involved. Providing printed calendars has been especially helpful for families who may not always have access to digital resources. The calendars support better communication between school and home and encourage families to play an active role in their child's learning and progress.\r\nOverall, the folders and colored paper have had a positive impact on organization, communication, and student support. These materials may seem small, but they have made a big difference in our daily work and in the success of our intervention efforts. We truly appreciate your generosity and commitment to supporting our students and their families. Thank you for helping us create a more organized, effective, and supportive learning environment.","fullyFundedDate":1756221554188,"projectUrl":"project/avid-bound/9498499/","projectTitle":"AVID Bound","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Brownlee","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp1843513_orig.jpg?crop=960,960,x68,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1753396110231","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/1843513"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_57665","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":242,"numTeachers":22,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":8,"percentBlack":21,"percentWhite":5,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":57,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"11.0:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_MIDSIZE"},"inStateSupporters":57.6,"schoolId":57665,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Eugene Ware Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Eugene Ware Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/kansas/kansas-city-kansas-city-public-schools/eugene-ware-elementary-school/57665"}
