One fun moment was when a group created a \"team strength challenge\" using the resistance bands, cheering each other on as they completed the exercises together.\r\nWhen the students first saw the materials, they were thrilled! Their faces lit up at the colorful playground balls, jump ropes, and yoga mats, and many couldn't wait to try them. Activities like yoga flows and floor hockey drills immediately became favorites, and the excitement in the classroom made our lessons even more engaging.\r\nNext, we will be rotating students through stations that combine the new equipment with our current fitness and teamwork lessons. They will practice yoga and flexibility exercises, strength challenges, and skill-building drills with the playground balls and hockey goal. Thank you so much forgiving my students another opportunity to be involved in another competition. The project will create a real sense of camradery among those involved. These students especially tend to feel embarrassed or too shy to ask for help getting what they need.
